Over the past seven months, we have received some amazing feedback from our users and the public. We listened and learned a lot. This valuable feedback has inspired some awesome changes.
One of the most obvious and exciting is our new name – Comnio.
Along with the new name is new branding (colors, logos, tagline) and a refined focus on improving customer service by developing a multi-channel communications platform for consumers and businesses.
Comnio’s tagline, “Your 24/7 customer service concierge” represents our efforts from day one of providing consumers with an easy, effective means for getting better customer service.
Our move away from the name “Sht Lst” was a tough one, but we feel this new name and direction will allow us to focus on developing a better customer service communications platform for consumers and businesses.
Over the next few days, our website (including our customer service blog) and social media profiles are going to be updated to reflect our new name and branding, so we apologize in advance for any confusion.
Our commitment to improving customer service, will never change.
