If you’re new to Comnio, you’re not alone. We recently underwent a massive re-branding (and pivot). This planned “time-out” has allowed our team of developers to perform some exciting improvements to our customer service communication platform.
In addition to system improvements, our designers are updating the user interface to make it easier for our users to get better customer service from virtually any business or service provider.
If you are an existing Sht Lst user, you don’t need to request an invite to the new Comnio customer service concierge – you’re good to go.
However, if you don’t have an existing Sht Lst user account, you will need to request an invite to Comnio.
