- No purchase necessary. Just a few minutes of your time and an email address.
- Contact data (email address) and the social media profile(s) you sign up with must belong to you.
- Sign up for Sht Lst between 3/6/14 0:00 CST and 3/11/14 11:59 PM CST (when the sweeps ends).
- Entrants must not be affiliated with Sht Lst – the likelihood of which is comparable to a snowball’s chance in hell, as our team is tiny.
- Only one account creation counts toward your entry into the Sht Lst SXSW Interactive Fitbit Giveaway.
- The winner of the Sht Lst SXSW Interactive Fitbit Giveaway will receive one (1) brand new Fitbit Flex (black), retail value of roughly $100 USD.
- By entering, you give Sht Lst (Sht Lst LLC) full rights to use your publicly available/visible name and information on your Twitter and/or Facebook profile (including your pretty face) in any of our marketing – online, or through social media, blogs, websites, news releases (PR), and email communications.
- Sht Lst is not responsible for any tan lines incurred as a result of wearing your nifty new Fitbit.

That’s pretty much it. We will notify the winner via a Tweet or Facebook post and by email. The winner will have 72 hours to claim your new Fitbit. We can either ship it to the winner, or meet them for a frosty beverage somewhere in Austin during SXSW.
