Sht Lst is not about encouraging complaints, or negativity. Rather, Sht Lst allows you to:
- share your dissatisfaction, and
- work with others to seek resolutions.
Complaining shouldn’t be so difficult. Nor should it be something you have to solve alone.
This is why there is no “i” in Sht Lst. We enable consumers to work together to share and resolve negative-only ratings and reviews.
