1. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of comnio.com. They are between you and COMNIO LLC (“COMNIO”, “we”, “us”), based in Austin, Texas.
If you work with us as a client, your engagement is governed by the agreement you signed with us — not by this page. Where the two disagree, the signed agreement controls.
By using this site, you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the site.
2. What this site is
This site describes what COMNIO does and how to start a conversation with us. That’s all it is.
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, a proposal, or a promise of a particular result. Prices are not published here. Scope, fees and timing are agreed in writing, per engagement.
3. The form
The form is the only way to reach us from this site. When you submit it, we store what you send and reply, usually within one business day.
Submitting the form does not create a client relationship, and it does not make anything you send confidential. Don’t send us confidential information, trade secrets, or anything under NDA through the form. Tell us enough to have a first conversation; the rest belongs in a call, under an agreement.
We may decline to work with anyone, for any reason.

4. Our content
Everything on this site — text, layout, design, code, the COMNIO name and mark — belongs to COMNIO or is used with permission. Client logos shown on this site are the property of their owners and appear with permission.
You may read the site, link to it, and quote it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it, scrape it, mine it for training data, or pass it off as your own.
5. Using the site
Don’t attack the site, don’t try to break into it, don’t use it to break the law, and don’t submit the form on someone else’s behalf without their say-so. We may block anyone who does.
6. Links to other sites
We sometimes link out. We don’t control those sites and we’re not responsible for them. Their terms and privacy policies are their own.
7. No warranties
The site is provided as is. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that anything on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, COMNIO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising out of your use of this site.

9. Changes to the site and these terms
We may update, revise, add to or remove any part of this site, or these terms, at any time, from time to time, with or without notice to you. Changes take effect when posted, and the “last updated” date above tells you when that was. Checking this page is on you. If you keep using the site after a change is posted, you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Travis County, Texas, and you and we both consent to that.
11. If part of this doesn’t hold
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies, and the unenforceable part is read as narrowly as needed to make it valid.

13. SMS messaging program
COMNIO LLC operates a text-messaging program for reminders and notifications sent to people who have given us their mobile number directly for that purpose. There is no other way to join: we do not buy, rent or import numbers, and we do not accept them from third parties or lead generators.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, and reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the SMS and text messaging section of our Privacy Policy.
